Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!
Be on the front line of support for our customers and deliver an excellent experience every day. In this role, you will:
  • Provide high quality customer support via multiple channels in Korean and English;
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner;
  • Offer clear solution and guidance;
  • Handle complaints with empathy and patience;
  • Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and working closely with colleagues;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases;
  • Work on rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for?
To be successful in this role, the following requirements are needed:
  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Korean;
  • Good command of English (B2 or higher);
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset;
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and handle change in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems;
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple interactions;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
