Transcom is a rapidly expanding global customer experience specialist, with more than 90 service centers employing more than 30,000 people delivering services in 33 languages. The company provides CRM solutions to clients in a wide range of industry sectors including telecommunications and e-commerce, travel and tourism, retail, financial services and utilities. 


As a Business Analyst, your role bridges the gap between business needs and IT solutions & products.

The jobholder will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their goals and objectives, translate those requirements into clear and comprehensive functional specifications for our software delivery teams. IT Business Analysts play a critical role, and their work helps to ensure that Transcom operations are efficient, effective, and innovative.


We work with several forward leading technologies and at the moment we are highly prioritising our AI powered tools. This role will be at the center of these developments. 


Duties within the role will include:

  • Proactively engaging with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and identify areas for improvement

  • Effectively communicating to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Manage expectations and proactively address any concerns

  • Build product backlogs and user story creation in close collaboration with product owners

  • Contributing to the design of solutions that meet business needs while considering technical constraints and best practices

  • Participation in testing and validation activities

  • Staying up-to-date on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and business analysis methodologies

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in an IT or technology-driven environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience with data analysis tools and techniques

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders

  • Knowledge of methodologies like BPMN or similar for visualising and optimising processes

  • Able to act on own initiative, follow own direction, make things happen and accept responsibility for the results

  • Ability to remain motivated and keep a positive attitude under pressure.

  • Fluent verbal and written English

  • Additional languages a bonus
