Join Transcom as an AI Literacy Programme Lead! 

The Programme Lead will oversee the development and delivery of AI literacy programs, foster a network of AI Champions, and drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases that deliver measurable business value. In this role, you will:

• Ensure AI literacy initiatives enable employees to effectively utilise AI tools

• Lead the execution of the AI Literacy Strategy and Mission

• Enhance employee experience and business value

• Oversee the design and delivery of AI Awareness & Learning Programs

• Organise and conduct domain-specific AI skills workshops

• Develop and deploy a framework to track the business value created through AI Literacy

• Establish a network of AI Literacy Champions

• Collaborate with the CIO on the technical foundation for AI tools

• Promote a culture of continuous learning regarding AI technologies

• Foster collaboration between various departments for successful programme implementation

• Ability to be evangelist, coach, expert, servant for your fellow colleagues from executives to domain experts

• Capacity to excite, envision and articulate

• English verbal and written: Fluent or Native level

• Experience in a training or programme delivery role
