Join us as a Network Engineer!
This is an important role requiring experience with Cisco routing/switching hardware, assuring the uptime and availability of Transcom´s multinational network of sites and Data Centres.
Participation in configuring firewalls, routers and switches
Implementation of Network Changes under ITIL best practices
Assisting in deployment and maintenance of next generation IPS/IDS systems
Conducting Product Lifecycle Maintenance globally for network and security devices
Continually updating the internal knowledge base
Participating in meetings with project managers, stakeholders and customers
Providing technical support for 2nd level escalations

What we are looking for:
Experience in complex problem analysis with global/enterprise network issues
Proven ability to define and drive the deployment of network infrastructure based on customer requirements
Working knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
Certification in at least CCNA R&S, Security or equivalent
Experience in troubleshooting Cisco platforms
Ability to conduct product Lifestyle Maintenance for network and security devices globally
Contact Center/Servic e-provider/customer-facing environment experience is an advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
Fluency in written and spoken English
