We are hiring a Team leader that speaks English and/or Italian to support further growth of our client and to help us deliver excellent service while supporting, coaching and managing new colleagues. If you have experience as Lead CSR, Senior CSR, Junior Team Leader or similar roles this might be a great next step for you!

Your main responsibilities would be:
● Providing daily mentoring and coaching for team members with the goal of achieving targets and expectations.
● Monitoring and evaluating the results and the quality of work and providing prompt feedback.
● Analyzing and improving current processes.
● Ensuring a high degree of motivation in the team.
● Taking responsibility for the team's performance and work.
● Creating an environment suitable for success by promoting and recognizing each person’s initiatives and efforts.
● Successful coordination of tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, business manager, client).
● Reporting to the business manager of the project.

What are we looking for?

● Great knowledge of English language (C1/C2)
● Knowledge of Italian language would be an advantage
● Experience in leading a team in the customer support industry
● Ability to work from our office in Belgrade 50% of the time
● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
● Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions,
making sound decisions with limited supervision
● Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct
● Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers
