Be on the front line of client support and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

• Communicate by e-mail and phone with customers and help pioneer more sustainable solutions.

• Help deliver packages more efficiently, create connections worldwide, and find ways to take action and give back.

• Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge, and learn with your colleagues.

What are we looking for:

• B2/C1 Turkish language skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, empathy and listening.

• Experience using different computer tools.

• Immediate availability to work after training is completed.
