Description
To design, deliver and evaluate Learning & Development initiatives that contribute to operational performance, organizational effectiveness & transformation, and build confidence and capability in the organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Leadership Development workshops and other learning initiatives included in the programs offered by the Learning and Development Team

  • Partner with leaders in identifying current or potential gaps and design interventions such as leadership effectiveness workshops, team building sessions and other stand alone courses for professional and personal leadership development.

  • Drive Transcom’s talent development framework and ensure alignment with the initiatives thru implementation of development programs using various methodologies and technology.

  • Ensure all content and delivery methods (both delivery and supporting materials) drive the desired behaviour and mindset shift as well as building competence, confidence and knowledge.

  • Collaborate with other L&D Specialist/s on learning needs analysis, provide guidance on course development, execute the delivery and certification, and evaluate effectiveness to ensure the practical application of learning.

  • Create and/or conduct follow-through activities for workshops or other learning initiatives offered by the Learning and Development Team.

  • Promote attendance and participation to Learning and Development programs through different platforms e.g. cross-group meetings, townhalls, etc.

  • Prepare and publish timely and accurate reports for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

  • Work on Learning and Development projects assigned by the Learning and Development Manager.

  • Perform training administrative functions and other related tasks, as assigned.

  • Development Program NPS

  • Learner Satisfaction

  •  Graduation Rate (Enrolled vs Completed over the total HC of Leaders)

  •  Project completion (F non-classroom based projects; timeliness and accuracy)


Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • 1 - 2 years organisational and leadership development or related experience in a BPO environment.
  • 1 - 2 years coaching experience
  • Stakeholder management
  • Professional Qualifications / Specific Knowledge: Highly skilled in virtual facilitation and online classroom management. Thorough knowledge in content development and transformation.
  • Information Technology: Sufficiently competent in Google Docs, Sheets. Slides, Forms and other Google for Work applications; Experience in Adobe Connect is a plus
  • Able to adjust to different working environments.
