As a Talent Acquisition Team Leader, you will be a part of a diverse TA community & have responsibility of leading the TA team, and full ownership of hiring multilingual workforce in Spain. A day in your life in this role

No two days are the same, however on a typical day, you will aim to support your team in coaching and mentoring them to create outstanding candidate experiences, secure demanding hiring needs, build long lasting relationships with your stakeholders, while implementing the TA Strategy. You will:  


  • Mentor, coach, develop and empower your team to support their professional growth

  • Build strong and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Partner with Hiring teams to ensure that the best talent is hired, through proper forecasting and seamless candidate journey. 

  • Leverage and use data to make decisions, analyse trends, and keep track of KPIs & recruitment metrics.

  • Work hands-on with the Operations and HR Teams, in improving our various candidate touch points; in order to actively reduce attrition.

  • Contribute in building & strengthening our employer brand through internal and external channels, for attracting Transcoms most valuable assets – our people!

You will be great for this role, if:

  • You love working with people and have experience in leading, mentoring and developing them. If you’ve led remote teams, that’s a huge plus.

You’ve listened to candidates talk about their life, work & dreams – while you’ve analyzed how they fit into open positions & work environment. You’ve been a candidate yourself, and experienced how it feels to not hear back from recruiters; candidate experience is key, and you will push your team to deliver this. 

  • You aren’t new to adapting to changing environments and business needs, last minute adhoc demands & hiring requests; after all, change is the only constant.

  • You are aware that to get things done, you can’t do it alone. Building relationships with stakeholders is key to delivery and solving challenges together.  

  • You thrive on working across cultures and nationalities, and know that diverse teams make better business decisions.

  • You have worked or have an understanding of the outsourcing industry and its dynamics. 

  • You communicate in English, and will be a great plus if you speak & understand Spanish/Dutch/German or a Nordic language.
