Join Transcom as a Sales Development Representative!
You will act as the operational right hand to our Sales Managers, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every interaction is documented with precision. In this role, you will:
- Demonstrate CRM Excellence (Salesforce): You are the architect of our data. You will manage lead imports, update contact records, and ensure that every stage of the funnel is accurately reflected in Salesforce
- Provide Sales Enablement & Support: You significantly reduce the administrative burden on Sales Managers. This includes logging activity history, preparing reports, and managing task pipelines
- Manage Post-Meeting Orchestration: Following sales calls, you will debrief with Managers to extract key data, trigger the necessary follow-up sequences, and draft tailored follow-up communications
- Be in charge of Lead Management: Using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dripify, you will maintain clean lead lists, monitor engagement, and ensure a seamless handoff to the closing team
- Improve Process Automation: You don’t just follow a process; you improve it. You will leverage LLMs and Conversational AI to draft emails, summarize meetings, and suggest workflow automations

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
- Language Powerhouse: You are proficient in English (C1). The ability to draft professional, persuasive emails in either German or Spanish is an advantage
- Tool Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce. You are comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automated outreach tools like Dripify (or similar)
- AI-Forward Mindset: You are familiar with and can be efficient through the use of tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or others. You understand how to use AI tools to speed up documentation and content creation
- Attention to Detail: You have a "zero-error" mentality when it comes to CRM data. You understand that clean data is the foundation of high-level sales reporting
- Reliability: You thrive in a remote environment and can manage your time effectively, with a commitment of at least 30 hours per week
