Join us as a Customer Service Specialist (Inbound & Backoffice)!

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer support, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting their issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customers via multiple channels in English and Dutch;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries, providing clear solutions and guidance;
  • Provide empathetic and efficient support, ensuring that customers feel heard and understood;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service issues.


What are we looking for:

  • Native or fluent in Dutch language (level C1+);
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral;
  • Willingness to work in the office for the first 6 months, after which a hybrid model will be implemented;
  • Ability to work shifts Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support.
