Responsibilities:

- Work with business leader/s throughout the Process to identify opportunities for leveraging data/insights to promote process efficiency and generate business solutions 

- Sift through Big Data and build analysis 

- Understand business problems and design automation solutions: develop and maintain analytics reports for strategic and business planning and improvement 

- Apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze and interpret patterns from large data where applicable

- Analyze and assess data integrity of new data sources and define efficient data gathering methodologies (data cleansing, validation, aggregation and analysis) 

- Coordinate with different functional teams (internal & clients) to implement models and monitor outcomes

- Translate technical terms and methodologies into a language that’s more intuitive to stakeholders

- Meet with key stakeholders to present and review data analysis and reports to support business decisions

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

- With 5-10 years’ experience handling projects related to data analytics

- Experience in data transformations using SQL, Google Looker, MS Excel

- Proficiency on Python, Machine Learning (ML), Minitab, or Excel Data Analysis Pack is a plus

- Value Stream Mapping and Flow chart knowledge is a must

- Experience on designing data architectures is preferred

- Experience on visualization/presentation of data for stakeholders using Tableau is preferred

- Can handle multiple data analytics projects

- Preferably Supervisor or a Manager specializing in Quality & Process improvement role or equivalent

- COPC, Six sigma Green belt or Sigma Black belt or PMP Certified, etc. is an advantage

- Ability to analyze statistical data is a plus

- Proficient on Minitab, Excel Data Analysis Pack and advanced Excel is a plus
