Responsible for the execution of Global Total Rewards (TR) programs, including the implementation of TR foundational frameworks across the organization. Providing functional support to HR Partners, Stakeholders and Leadership.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Program Execution & Compliance: Implement Global TR programs and collaborate with Regional/Country HR Partners and Global People Services (GPS) to support local process setup, ensuring quality and compliance with Global TR policies.
- Framework Development: Contribute to the development, documentation, and implementation of new global compensation frameworks, including salary structures, short-term and long-term incentive plans, sales compensation among others.
- Career Architecture and Pathing: Partner with the Global TR Director and HR leadership to implement a global career architecture and corresponding career paths, aligning this to the Organization’s talent management framework.
- Market Competitiveness: Conduct in-depth market pricing and benchmarking analysis to ensure programs remain competitive and aligned with the TR philosophy.
- Project Management: Support the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus planning, and other cyclical or ad-hoc projects.
- Change Management: Oversee the operational aspects of TR program rollouts, ensuring effective change management and communication to drive adoption.
- Benefits Design: Analyze market trends to recommend and implement innovative benefits programs that support a diverse global workforce.
- Vendor Management: Partner with external brokers and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery across regions.
- Team Leadership: Provide direction and context for the analytical work performed by the Specialist/s and develop the team’s TR expertise and business understanding.
- Implementation: Oversee local TR/C&B operations, including PH and other countries as applicable.
- Other activities or projects that may be assigned as business needs require.
To be successful in this role you must…
- University degree in Business, Finance, Human Resource Management or related field Proven experience in a BPO, Shared Services, Tech, or other fast-moving industry.
- With strong emphasis on compensation analysis and program design.
- Experience in global or regional compensation design and market benchmarking.
- Experience in Reporting and presentation to Sr. Leadership
- Strong knowledge of the principles and practices of total rewards, including career architecture, compensation theory, and benefits design. Strong project management skills geared toward global or regional implementations.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically diverse HR partners and stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
