To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • High-level organisational and leadership skills to motivate, coach, and guide team members towards achieving common goals;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective communication with team members and upper management;
  • Excellent English (at least C1 level) and Lithuanian (native) language skills;
  • Adaptability to changes in processes, technology, or business strategies.
