Right now, Transcom Latvia is looking for a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative for NETS, to work with incoming calls from Norway and other countries.

  • Salary - 1500-1950 Eur gross (before taxes). Your salary will increase after 6 months and 12 months.
Join Transcom Latvia as a Norwegian-speaking customer experience specialist! 
In this role, you will:
  • Answer inbound customer calls from Norway and other countries and analyze business issues in a fast, constructive manner.
  • Solve business issues related to invoices, payments, accounts, and terminal errors through phone and email.
  • Take your communication skills to the next level by leading professional conversations with businesses.
  • Provide an excellent customer experience.
  • Work in a shift schedule (shift is 8h30min), 5 days a week. Supportive line working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00-21:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00.
  • Work with set goals, where you will be assessed on speaking time and customer satisfaction, among other things.
What we are looking for?
  • Eager to learn new things and quickly adapt to change.
  • Prioritize customers and are always willing to help others.
  • Have a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Speak fluently in Norwegian and you have good English skills. Daily you will receive calls mainly from Norway, but also from other countries.
