Danish and English language skills are required to ensure the fulfillment of cooperation agreements with clients. Also, English skills are required for working with colleagues abroad and related companies, internal documents, systems and programs.

Join Transcom Latvia as a Customer Service Specialist!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this position, you will respond to customer queries about orders, payments, quality of service, and other questions in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Availability to work in different shifts. The department works 24/7 with a shift schedule designed to accommodate business needs. You can expect to work 2-4 night shifts per month.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change.
