Join Transcom as an HR Administrator!
As the HR Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for all sorts of HR-related questions from employees. You'll work on contract management, personnel mutations, reports, analyses, HR processes, and support the payroll administration.
In this role, you will:
* Provide contract support;
* Serve as the contact person for the international Shared Service Center;
* Process personnel mutations;
* Implement HR-related schedule changes;
* Support payroll administration;
* Monitor and optimize HR processes;
* Answer various HR-related questions, including absence/sickness leave. You'll also be the backup for absence management, answering questions from managers and the occupational health service.
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a colleague who is proactive and curious, likes to keep things organized , and can be a stable factor in a busy, sometimes hectic environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* HBO (Higher Professional Education level);
* Experience with Excel or Google Sheets;
* Good (demonstrable) communication work experience in Dutch and English.
Personal Profile:
* Accurate and structured;
* Great learning ability / curious;
* Proactive;
* Good communication skills;
* Analytical;
* Patient / stress-resistant;
* Independent and stable;
* Teamplayer;
* A completed HR education is a plus.
