We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Helpdesk Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line support for IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems.
Assist users with account setup, open tickets and be the point of contact with the operations and the 2nd line teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components.
Collaborate with other IT team members to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
Document and update IT procedures and user guides.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

Must have good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
2 years of experience
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Computer Science
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility with rotational shifts and overnight shifts.
English level must be very good
