Right now, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager for the German markets. The successful person will promote our BPO core services to key decision makers within local and international brands. They will focus on profitable business utilising the onshore-nearshore-offshore site models.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute winning sales strategies
Identify and target high potential targets
Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting
Collaboration with Marketing for effective Lead Generation
Building and nurturing strong relationships with prospects
Spearheading new client acquisition, particularly in local markets
Ensure Bid Management alignment with client priorities
Establishing a foundation for long-term client relationships
Leading contract and proposal negotiations
Close deals effectively
What are we looking for?
- Studies in Business Management, Sales & Marketing, STEM or other relevant subjects
- Proven experience in: Sales, Marketing or Account Management within local/international CX-BPO, leading CX-platform software, CX-consultancy
- Experience with popular CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar tools is essential
- Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and content management systems such as Seismic, Showpad or Highspot is a bonus
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- English verbal and written skills (minimum C1 level)
- A third European language would be a strong advantage
