The Trainer is responsible to develop and foster the skills required in order that the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) acquire and consolidate the knowledge and competences needed to obtain the required quality and the results established by the service to which they are assigned.



MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, organise and impart training courses to new CSR recruits, new products 
  • Supervise and support the performance of the CSRs who join the service, fostering and compensating the shortcomings detected 
  • Monitor, analyse and permanently assess performance and results (quality and objectives)
  • Attend meetings with the Client and receive the required training and information 
  • Prepare and design, in conjunction with the departments involved, the training manuals and presentations 


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum studies: Compulsory Secondary Education. Bachelor's degree, vocational and/or university diploma or degree (Training, Sociology or similar) or equivalent
  • Courses in Teaching Methodology, Postgraduate Certificate in Education, Training and/or Coaching Techniques are an advantage 
  • Office package: Intermediate level/ Google Apps: Google Apps: High level
  • E-mail Communication: High level
  • Language knowledge: English (C1)
