Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next HRA-Payroll Analyst  for our Transcom Pasig site.

Join our Transcom Family as a HRA-Payroll Analyst!

The HRA – Payroll Analyst is heavily involved in the end to end payroll processing following an approved policies and processes.

The HRA – Payroll Analyst will also support the objectives of other HR teams, such as Employee Relations, Business Partner, Payroll, HRSS, Legal, and Recruiting.
  • Payroll Processing for Active and Inactive employees (Including additions, Payroll Disputes, deductions and loans)
  • Government Remittances (Payment and Posting) and related report.
  • Attend employees' payroll related inquiries/Customer Service/Orientation.
  • Ad Hoc Reports as needed.
  • Ensures reports are accurate and disbursed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct Pre-payroll Talk.
  • Knowledgeable on timekeeping processing.
  • Ensure on time payment and posting of Government mandatory contributions both premiums and loans.
  • Ensures resolution of customer requests, queries and complaints in order to provide a high level of customer service necessary to support the achievement of defined team and company goals.
  • Performs other related functions as required by superior or authorized representatives.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Have a university degree and/or proven competencies in payroll processing.
  • Experience processing end to end payroll.
  • Exposure on any Payroll System.
  • Familiarity on Data Timekeeping record (DTR) processing.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Knowledgeable in taxation and related Labor regulations.
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel and other relative Microsoft Office tools.
  • High degree of professionalism.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
