Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next LMS Administrator for our Transcom Pasig site!

The LMS Administrator will provide ongoing support to the Learning & Development team, focusing on both Learning Management System (LMS) administration and content development. This hybrid role ensures consistent maintenance and scaling of training programs across multiple sites while assisting with instructional design, eLearning builds, and visual content creation during high-volume periods.

Core Responsibilities:

LMS Administration (Primary Focus)

● Manage daily operations within Docebo, including course creation, course updates, enrollment management, and learning plan setup, while maintaining related SOP tickets and project tasks in Asana to ensure accurate tracking and timely completion.

● Maintain organized course structures, consistent naming conventions, and accurate user group assignments.

● Support automation of enrollments and notifications to streamline learner experience.

● Assist with tracking completion data, creating custom reports when needed, and supporting compliance recordkeeping.

● Support the potential launch and setup of the Quality Management System, TrackWise, by helping establish scalable processes and ensuring continuity across learning platforms if implemented.

● Provide basic Docebo technical support for learners and escalate system issues when necessary.

Content Development (Secondary Focus)

● Build and update eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline.

● Develop simple graphics, slide decks, and visual materials aligned with established brand standards.

● Update existing courses to reflect process or protocol changes and ensure accuracy across versions.

Job Specifications

Required Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of experience with LMS administration (preferably Docebo).

● Strong organizational and technical skills with high attention to detail.

● Familiarity with Articulate 360 suite (Rise, Storyline).

● Basic understanding of eLearning design and development.

● Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite).

● Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven training programs.

● Exposure to TrackWise or other Quality Management Systems.

● Familiarity with project management tools (preferably Asana) for tracking learning content and SOP updates.
