We're excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Workforce Management leader to step into a pivotal role as Regional WFM Manager with Transcom.


This role focuses on a specific region - including Albania and Italy - and provides a chance to drive significant impact within our operations.


We are looking for candidates based within these supported regions, preferably near our production sites, with flexibility for hybrid or remote work. Reporting to the Regional Leaders with a dotted line into Global Head of Workforce Management, this senior, business-critical role offers a unique opportunity to shape our regional workforce strategy.

The Regional WFM Manager is a strategic leader responsible for optimising workforce planning, forecasting, and real-time management across the region. By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative workforce solutions, this role ensures operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and superior employee and customer experiences. The Regional WFM Manager collaborates closely with regional leadership and the global WFM function to drive continuous improvement, scalability, and profitability.


Tasks within this role will include:


* Developing and driving workforce strategies aligned with business objectives 

* Overseeing end-to-end WFM operations, including forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adjustments

* Monitoring performance metrics (KPIs) and implementing improvements

* Handling client escalations

* Ensuring workforce alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).

* Representing WFM in workforce capacity planning and scalability discussions

* Ensuring compliance with labor laws per individual country

* Building and mentoring a high-performing workforce management team

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:


* Minimum 7+ years of experience in workforce planning, forecasting and operations management

* Minimum 3+ years in a leadership position

* Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously

* Ability to adapt quickly to change and solve problems creatively.

* Strong organisational and time management skills.

* Proven ability to mentor and manage workforce management teams

* Mastery of complex data analysis techniques for workforce planning

* Ability to develop and execute workforce optimization strategies

* English: C1 or higher

* Additional languages are a plus

* Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
