We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Customer Service Representative who is fluent in German to join our team and help further elevate our client satisfaction standards.

In this role, you will act as a bridge between customers and energy solutions. Handling customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

*Provide customer support via multiple channels;
*Provide support to our client customers, offering solutions and responding to all inquiries in a timely manner;

What are we looking for:
*Goo skills in German (B2 or plus)
*Good computer skills
*Ability to generate empathy in written form
*Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues
*Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
*Ability to manage time and meet goals.
*Ability to work between 07h00 and 21h00
*Ability to work from monday to sunday with two rotating days off (one to two weekends off per month)
*Ability to work in our office in Matosinhos (Porto)
