Join Transcom as a Customer Service Representative!

Be on the front line of support for our clients and deliver an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will work for a leading global platform dedicated to providing personalized health and wellness solutions. You will:

  • Provide high-quality customer support in english via phone, email or chat in a timely and accurate manner;

  • Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering clear solutions;

  • Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and learning together with your colleagues;

  • Work on a rotating on-site schedule.


What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role the following requirements are needed:

  • C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in english;

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and active listening;

  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt and respond to change;

  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide a brilliant customer experience;

  • Availability to work on site with a rotating schedule.
