Join us as a Customer Service Specialist!
As a customer service representative in the mobility department, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company that is committed to delivering high-quality services to its clients. In this role, you will:
  • Work for one of the fastest-growing food delivery, mobility, car-sharing start-ups in Europe - providing a variety of services across Europe, Africa, Western Asia and Latin America;
  • Respond to customer queries related to food or ride-hailing services, payments, orders, quality of service in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or live chat;
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues.

What are we looking for:
  • Native or fluent in Danish (level C1+);
  • Intermediate English proficiency (B2+) written and oral;
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus;
  • Availability to work in various shifts, as the department works 24/7 with rotating shifts designed to align with business needs;
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, such as empathy and listening;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience – you believe that customers deserve more than just support;
  • Availability to start on the 5th of January.
