Join Transcom as a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative!
Be on the front line of support for clients and deliver impactful work on a company level. In this role, you will:

  • Work for online travel marketplace helping customers discover and book unique travel experiences worldwide; 
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and accurately to travel inquiries, booking requests, changes, cancellations, and managing all necessary tasks via phone, email, or chat; 
  • Contribute to the project's success, propose improvements, share knowledge and learn together with your colleagues;
  • Work in assigned shifts covering 24/7 operations, with your schedule provided in advance so you can plan accordingly; 
  • Begin your role in November. 

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • Excellent command of Spanish (B2/C1) and strong English communication skills; 
  • Outstanding communication skills - you’re empathetic, patient, and clear; 
  • Comfortable using computers and technology to connect with customers worldwide; 
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts - our service runs 24/7 to meet travelers’ needs; 
  • A positive attitude and sincere dedication to making travel easier and more enjoyable for others.

In order to work from home, you will need to have: 
  • Stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps or higher.
