Be the first point of contact for our clients and contribute to work that has a real impact across the company. In this role, you will:
  • Start with training to get familiar with the systems and processes needed for the job
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries via video calls in a timely manner
  • Communicate daily in Romanian and English
  • Receive full support from your Team Leader and the entire team
  • Handle requests related to personal data verification via video calls
  • Work from our office in Zagreb, possibility of working from home

What we are looking for:
  • Romanian language proficiency (C1) and English (B2)
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independence, motivation, organization, and a proactive attitude
