Join us as a Digital Product Specialist!

This is a key role in the implementation and optimisation of various platforms and technologies. 

As well as liaising with clients, internal teams and vendors, the role will include tasks such as:

  • Ensuring delivery of key performance indicators as well as first-class results

  • Optimising the operational environment for client success

  • Understanding client needs and provide recommendations to improve overall experience

  • Continually working to enhance the customer and agent journey

  • Demonstrating ownership and leadership of all topics

  • Lead implementations from start to finish

  • Manage vendor relationships, escalate issues, and influence future platform roadmaps

  • Utilise agile development skills to identify problems, create clear problem statements and user scenarios, and implement effective solutions

  • Embrace a win-win mindset for all stakeholders (consumers, clients, operations, vendors).

  • Excel in collaboration, project coordination, tool configuration, and report management.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum studies: Bachelor's degree or any relevant technical degree

  • Work experience: 2 years

  • Technical or analytical background, with experience as a platform specialist, product owner, developer, or analyst.

  • Experience working directly and independently with internal and external customers.

  • Validate technical feasibility and efficiency of suggested solutions

  • Ensure that all implementations are in line with applicable (security) policies and standards

  • Apply customer-first approach and maintain close relationship with the internal client

  • Basic coding understanding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc)

  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker)

  • Overall Contact Center technologies knowledge is a plus (AVAYA, Genesys, NICE, GoContact, Enghouse, etc.)

  • Overall Customer Relationship Management platform knowledge is a plus (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho, SAP, etc.)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities

  • Fluency in written and spoken English

  • Additional language skills are a bonus - Spanish, German, or Italian.
