Join Transcom as a Compliance Officer & IS Support!
In this role you will:
  • Lead the company’s adherence to Portuguese laws on anti-corruption, whistleblower protection and corporate liability;
  • Design and monitor the annual Prevention of Corruption Plan (PPT) to meet MENAC requirements;
  • Act as an expert for GDPR and NIS2, ensuring cybersecurity practices meet ISO 27001 standards;
  • Act as the main contact for regulators (MENAC/CNPD) and report directly to international headquarters in English;
  • Conduct risk assessments, manage third-party threats, and audit internal controls to prevent compliance gaps;
  • Deliver mandatory staff training and provide independent expert advice to leadership on compliance decisions.

To be successful in this position, you’ll need:
  • Degree in Law or Management with expertise in Portuguese corporate liability;
  • Hands-on experience with PPR and MENAC compliance;
  • Strong command on GDPR, NIS2 and the Portuguese cybersecurity framework;
  • Experience reporting directly to authorities like MENAC and CNPD;
  • Proficiency in ISO 37301/37001 and monitoring ISO 27001 controls;
  • Skilled in risk assessments and managing third-party risks;
  • A self-driven professional capable of making independent decisions;
  • Professional English (C1) and Spanish (B2) with strong communication skills.
