Friendly and creative people that are eager to learn about all the possible functions of the device will need your advice, help and recommendation - that's when your knowledge is invaluable! You will help our customers regarding:

 

  • Using the device and the latest features

  • Resolving customer’s concerns about the product

  • Providing information on the current status of the warranty

  • Assistance during the complaint process

  • Support for web shop platforms

  • Monitoring of technical innovations according to changes in the market



What are we looking for:

  • You have a high level of German language and writing is your stronger side

  • You are proficient in English  (B2-C1)

  • Previous experience in technical support would be an advantage

  • You are interested in the tech field and want to learn more

  • You are motivated, organized and independent

  • You like working in a team
