Professional skills:
  • Minimum 6 months experience on UPS Help Desk project
  • Advanced knowledge of the products of UPS on ECTS lines.
  • Advanced PC and LAN technology skills
  • Understanding and supporting of Windows Operating systems
  • Strong software and hardware troubleshooting skills
Main responsibilities:
  • Provide continuous phone support as per business needs
  • Provide support to 1st level TSR-s through floor assistance and via teams
  • Answer all API and tech emails with accuracy within SLA
  • Responsible of taking over complaint tickets
  • Resolve complex IT-related problems that are registered and escalated by CSRs
  • Identify improvement areas in order to improve knowledge base and contribute to the development of
  • technical procedures
  • Own the whole escalation process: overtake and assist with complex issues, cooperate with UPS 2nd and 3rd
  • level to ensure SLA metrics
  • Take ownership in case of an outage as of standard procedures
