Join Transcom as a Real Time Analyst (m/f)!
In this role, you will:
  • Work for a leading European digital investment platform that enables simple and affordable investing in stocks, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and private markets through a mobile app, with low fees and competitive interest on cash balances
  • Keep a close eye on real-time performance and make sure everything runs smoothly throughout the day
  • Spot trends and flag potential issues early, helping teams stay on track
  • Turn data into clear insights and practical recommendations
  • Collaborate with team leaders and operations to keep performance on point
  • Start in mid- to late May

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • C1+ level proficiency in Spanish and English
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including empathy and active listening
  • Ability to quickly absorb information, adapt, and respond to change
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify causes, and support decision-making
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure
