Join us as an Outbound Specialist in the German market:

We’re looking for an Outbound Service Specialist to strengthen our commercial team. If you’re a dynamic person, eager to learn, and passionate about offering business solutions that meet clients’ needs, this is your opportunity.

Your mission will be:

  • Reach out to patients and healthcare professionals by phone;

  • Present and recommend service or solutions tailored to their healthcare needs;

  • Communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in sensitive health-related conversations;

  • Accurately document interactions and contribute to continuous service improvements.



Requisitions:

  • Native or fluent in German (C1+);

  • Fluent in English (B2+);

  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence;

  • Proactivity, eager to learn and excited about working in the healthcare field;

  • Availability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
