Join us as a German Speaking Customer Service Representative
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat;
Providing detailed information and tailored solutions to clients in the energy sector;
Ensuring every interaction is friendly, efficient and empathetic;
Troubleshooting issues and guiding customers through processes with clarity and care.
What we’re looking for:
Fluency in German (C1 or above) - both written and spoken;
Strong English skills (C1 or above);
Comfortable working with digital tools and CRM systems;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to stay organized and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment;
A genuine passion for helping people and resolving issues.
