Join our Transcom Family as a HRA - Data Management Advisor!

  • The HR Data Management advisor is accountable to handle SAP administration of employees’ cycle in the Company. Transcom is a results focused company. Your progress will be determined by your talent and your contribution to the success of your team and our business.

  • Manages Organization Structure of Transcom’s Global English Region

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining SAP HR Master Data

  • Creates new LOBs, Departments and Positions as required by stakeholders

  • Maintains Cost Center assignment in HR System

  • Configures SAP tool access for new users, including external and temporary users.

  • Handles HR system change requests

  • Receives and process SAP correction request for all Asia campaigns

  • Extracts SAP Web tool data for audit purposes

  • Creates monthly reports to stakeholders and handles HR report requests on ad hoc basis

  • On-going documentation of processes and tasks

  • Generates audit report for Statutory Requirements completion

  • Generates audit report for Organizational Structure to ensure accuracy and data integrity

  • Conducts analyses, prepares reports and communicates with internal clients to provide value-added and consultative services


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • College level
  • Experience on working in a BPO setting is a plus but not required.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Has knowledge in Data Analysis and Data Audit is preferred
  • Strong analytical, attention to detail
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Solid teamwork collaboration
  • Problem solver
  • Acts honestly and professionally, ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
  • Basic to Advance MS Excel Knowledge
