Join Transcom as a Digital Solutions Director!
The Digital Solutions Director will position our organisation, with both new and existing clients, as a leader in the global CX BPO industry through forward-thinking strategies and scalable, efficient, and customer-centric digital initiatives. The successful person will lead the digital transformation of CX operations by leveraging cutting-edge technologies, optimising processes, and delivering innovative solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, drive client value, and ensure operational excellence. This role combines digital knowledge with consultancy/advisory project experience to optimise client operations.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
Bachelor’s Degree:Computer Science, IT, Business Admin, Engineering, or Digital Marketing
Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)
10–15 years of experience in technology-driven roles
Familiarity with:CRMs (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics) and their integration into CX workflows
Leveraging AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), chatbots, machine learning, and speech analytics for CX enhancements
System Integration: API integration, middleware, and digital ecosystems
Ability to define and execute a roadmap for digital transformation aligned with business goals
Skilled in collaborating with C-level executives, clients, and operational teams to align on digital initiatives
Experience in designing and implementing omnichannel solutions for seamless customer interactions
Understanding of key metrics like NPS, CSAT, FCR, and how digital tools impact them
English verbal and written: C1 English as a minimum for verbal and written communication
Additional language skills in German would be an advantage
