Your role
As a customer service representative, you’ll provide expert help to customers. You’ll be given a lot of responsibility, but never without support—thanks to strong team spirit and highly engaged colleagues and leaders. Remote work opportunities can be discussed depending upon the offered opportunity and your location, as sometimes it requires to be within reason to the office.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Opening hours: Mon–Fri, 08:00–18:00
Employment: Full-time, permanent contract with 6-month probation period

About you
We are looking for someone who is responsible and solution-oriented, enjoys using the phone as a work tool, and loves talking to people. You are motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently, and also a good team player.

We also expect that you have:

  • Completed secondary education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in a Nordic language and English
  • Strong computer and system skills
  • Experience in the service industry (an advantage)
