A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITHIN Human Resources
No two days are the same, however on a typical day you will aim to support in creating an outstanding candidate experience, secure demanding hiring needs, build our brand & improve our tools and processes. You will:
-Ensuring the activities inherent in the Admission/Dismissal process (drawing up contracts, registration/termination with sociaL security, closing accounts);
- Ensuring that salary processing is carried out;
-Monitoring and developing training anddevelopment strategies;
- Scheduling and managing occupational health consultations;
- Collaborating in the preparation and analysis of Human Resources indicators;
- Keeping personnel records up to date;
- Clarifying doubts on the subject of salary processing.
THE PERFECT CANDIDATE, WILL:
-Minimum academic qualifications at degree level in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or related areas;
-Minimum 2 years' experience in the Human Resources area ( preferred);
- Experience in intercultural environments (preferred);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactivity, responsibility, organizational skills and autonomy;
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Officetools;
- Immediate availability;
