Are you at the beginning of your IT career and want to work in an international environment where technology meets customer service? We are currently looking for an engaged and technically interested Junior IT Technician to join our office in Gävle!

Join us as a IT Service Delivery Junior Engineer!
In this role, you will:

  • Provide first-class support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals;

  • Handle and resolve cases through our ticketing system (ServiceNow) within defined timeframes (SLA);

  • Perform installations, configurations, and system updates, as well as routine equipment checks;

  • Carry out basic network troubleshooting (TCP/IP) and ensure compliance with our security standards and policies;

  • Ensure that IT assets, configurations, and user guides are properly documented;

  • Work closely with central IT teams and external vendors to resolve more complex issues and manage warranty cases or outages.

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

  • Basic technical skills and understanding of computer hardware, Windows environments, and software installations;

  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP);

  • Good proficiency in Swedish and English, as the role involves contact with international colleagues;

  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to explain technical solutions in a simple way to non-technical users;

  • Previous experience with ticketing systems or customer service environments is considered meritorious.
