In this role you will be an active member of our company providing superior and professional customer service, responding to customers, using all appropriate communication channels, chat/email, identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Requirements

What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent
Level of written and spoken English language B2/C1
Good knowledge of PC use (intermediate level)
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Willingness to work in a team, solve problems and focus on results
Good predisposition to innovative changes and learning
Maximum reliability punctuality, precision and organisation
