Join our Transcom Family as a Manager, Physical Security and OSH!


The Manager - Physical Security and OSH is responsible for coordinating, supporting, and advising the business on all aspects related to Physical Security and Occupational Safety & Health. This role is pivotal in establishing, managing, and monitoring standards, processes, communications, training, and systems to ensure compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements. The objective is to ensure that all physical security and occupational safety & health responsibilities within Transcom are adhered to, fostering a safe and secure work environment.


Physical Security Management:

Manage and oversee physical security operations across all Transcom sites.

Conduct comprehensive physical security risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.

Recommend and implement controls to enhance physical security measures.

Develop and maintain physical security guidelines to support company policies.

Lead the incident response and reporting process for physical security-related incidents.

Provide support in loss prevention, crisis management, and business continuity efforts.

Create and present reports on key physical security metrics to senior management.

Act as a liaison with government bodies and community organizations, providing negotiation support as needed.

Plan and coordinate security arrangements for company events, including the management of event security.

Supervise investigation, covert, and surveillance operations to safeguard company assets.

Collaborate with law enforcement and security agencies to ensure a unified approach to security.


Occupational Safety & Health Management: 

● Ensure a workplace environment free from health risks, in compliance with OSHA standards.

Develop, implement, and regularly review Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.

Ensure the company meets all statutory obligations related to health, safety, and welfare at work, including mandatory training and reporting requirements.

Oversee the completion and regular review of OSH assessments for all work equipment and operational activities.

Document, investigate, and implement improvements following workplace accidents.

Ensure timely and accurate safety inspections, manage fire drills, and ensure fire alarms are operational and correctly reported.

Coordinate the development and implementation of health & safety policies, systems of work, and procedural guidelines.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate health and safety training records.

Establish a robust program of documented health & safety inspections, audits, and checks.

Develop a structured program for health & safety training throughout the company.

Collaborate with external health & safety consultants to provide specialized training and services.

Lead and facilitate Health & Safety Committee meetings, ensuring minutes are accurately recorded and distributed.


What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…


• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Security Management, Business or a related field. 

• Professional certifications such as CSP (Certified Security Professional), CPO (Certified Protection Officer), or similar are highly desirable. 

• Extensive knowledge and experience in PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and OSHA compliance. 

• Proven experience in managing physical security operations and occupational safety & health programs. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 

• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions. 

• Experience conducting and coordinating in-depth safety and security investigations, including drafting detailed incident reports that involve sensitive or confidential staff information. 

• Excellent in report writing (e.g. incident, investigation, security risk assessment).

Ability to solve technical, managerial, and operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, experience, and knowledge.

Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics.

Proficient in MS Office.

Excellent organizational skills.

Diligent with great attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain security, health and safety topics.

Demonstrated leadership, agility, flexibility and integrity.

English fluency required.
