Responsibilities

• You will act as the interface between our IT support and IT backend, managing cloud and SaaS systems for our internal employees.
• You will advance new technologies that will run in the cloud (Azure) in the future and analyze existing on-premises systems.
• You are responsible for our software distribution/client management system using WorkspaceOne.
• You plan and implement extensive projects in the client environment.
• Your daily work is characterized by individual responsibility, a high degree of freedom, and strong team spirit.
• You are responsible for providing professional support for IT systems and end users, including first and second level support, onboarding, offboarding, and crossboarding.
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• At least two years of experience as an IT specialist or a similar role.
• A deep understanding of modern IT landscapes & processes and their technical implementation.
• Strong knowledge in the management and maintenance of complex network and server infrastructures.
• Additional knowledge of modern firewall and VLAN architectures.
• Experience with Windows server environments (Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange; ideally basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SharePoint).
• Expertise in automation in the Windows environment as well as in MacOS using PowerShell/scripting languages is an advantage.
• Knowledge of MacOS system environments, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) is a plus.
• You work independently, methodically, and solution-oriented.
• A communicative, open personality and enjoyment of working with people complete your profile.
• You are fluent in English
