Transcom Estonia is currently seeking a skilled Estonian-English-Russian Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Join us as a Customer Service Representative!

In this role, you will:

  • Represent multiple client companies and provide professional support across a variety of customer inquiries;
  • Handle incoming calls and ensure a high-quality customer experience while assisting customers with different services and solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • Intermediate Estonian, Russian and English language skills (for all 3 languages must be at least B2 level);
  • Multi-tasking capabilities;
  • Positive attitude and willingness to provide brilliant customer experience;
  • Availability to work evening, night and weekend shifts.
