Join Transcom as a Data Analyst!

In this role, you will:

• Transform raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making processes across the organization

• Be responsible for modeling, cleaning, analyzing and visualizing data from various sources

• Ensure accuracy, consistency and best industry practices for the ultimate reporting experience

• Develop BI data standards that will fit the business reporting requirements within Transcom

• Bridge the gap between clients, business and technical teams

• Create compelling visualizations, dashboards and reports 

• Proactively troubleshoot data processes

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:

• Specific training and work experience with data platforms, GCP is a plus

• Experience with BI tools, Looker is a plus

• Process or BI experience with common tools in the CX industry is a plus (WFM, SAP, Avaya, Salesforce, Genesys, Zendesk)

• Participation in solution designing on complex data consolidation projects

• Experience with data modeling and troubleshooting

• Experience with dashboard creation and visualisation

• SQL knowledge

• English verbal and written: fluency in English is a must (both written and spoken), min C2 level

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset towards effective and user-friendly solutions

• Willingness to work in a geographically and culturally diverse environment

• Analytical, detailed-oriented and process-driven mindset

• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
