We are currently looking for a new colleague who is going to be in charge of the profitability and growth of his/her business unit by steering on employee performance management, service quality and client interaction.


Join us as a Junior Business Manager!
As Junior Business Manager at Transcom you would:

  • Plan and oversee the activities of your business unit within the Contact Centre, ensuring effective organization and standardization of work processes.

  • Collaborate with BST and HR teams to accurately dimension human resources, aligning staffing needs and profiles with operational requirements.

  • Establish and uphold quality standards for process management and continuous service improvement.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), while contributing to the development of business strategies and budget planning.

  • Manage the implementation of operational procedures and incentive systems to support the achievement of profitability targets.

  • Lead and develop your team, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and adapting team capacity and skills to meet service demands.

  • Evaluate and manage employee performance in accordance with company policies and performance management frameworks.

What are we looking for?

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and contact center support
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading teams with more complex structure
  • Previous experience working with the TUI project is highly preferred
  • Experience or training in team management, commercial strategies, and sales techniques is an advantage
  • Experience in leading a contact center would be an advantage
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken (Business) English
  • Knowledge of German is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel for business when needed
