What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior IT Service Delivery Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues needing IT support on site. From setting up workstations to troubleshooting issues with laptops, printers, or networks, you’ll keep everything running smoothly and make sure users feel supported.
You’ll work closely with senior engineers and central IT teams, giving you both hands-on technical experience and opportunities to develop your skills further.
Your day-to-day will include:
Providing first-line support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals.
Responding to tickets (ServiceNow) and keeping users updated within SLAs.
Helping with installations, configurations, and software updates.
Performing routine maintenance checks (like headsets or connectivity).
Escalating complex issues and collaborating with central IT teams.
Supporting on-site network troubleshooting and liaising with vendors/ISPs.
Keeping IT documentation, asset records, and user guides up to date.
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
1–2 years of hands-on IT support experience (e.g. helpdesk, service desk, or on-site support).
Education or training in IT (vocational diploma or higher).
Knowledge of Windows systems, Microsoft Office, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
Good communication skills — approachable, clear, and helpful.
A genuine interest in technology and problem-solving.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar).
Knowledge of digital/IP telephony, DHCP, or hardware setups.
Previous collaboration with vendors, ISPs, or handling warranties/licenses.
