Transcom is looking for talented individuals like you to join our awesome team! Be the next Recruitment Supervisor for our Transcom Pasig site.

Join our Transcom Family as an Recruitment Supervisor

● Lead the recruitment team.
● Build and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
● Monitor performance of the team which includes, but not limited to, process adherence, reliability, schedule adherence.
● Promote and develop continuous improvement and value-creation initiatives benefiting the business.
● Able to effectively engage and communicate with different workstreams and various levels.
● Ensure effective, efficient, and consistent implementation of processes and policies.
● Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc). 
● Tracking and reporting on recruitment and staff activity.
● Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team. 
● Serve as escalation POC for staff-related concerns.
● To aid in the reviewing of succession planning of our staff. 
● Maintain the cross functional skill set of the team.
● Responsible for procurement and invoicing of Recruitment expenses. 
● Maintain regular coaching sessions.
● Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
● Contribute in designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. 
● Reports daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the team and/ or processes. 
● Participates in calibration meetings and communicates the needs/demands of hiring accounts. 
● Prepares daily and weekly reports based on function and need.

● Source candidates through different channels such as Social Media, Employee Referral Program, Online Job Search Engine. 
● Achieve goals and targets.
● Consistently demonstrate behaviors emulating Transcom values. 
● Consistently adhere to company policies and code of conduct.
● Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). 
● Strong decision-making skills.
● Ability to work in teams, as well as work on their own with minimal supervision. 
● Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”.
● Knowledge of basic HR Policies and Procedures.
