Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
⮚ Design & Development: Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, illustrations, animations, and multimedia content for various platforms, including presentations, newsletters, websites, and social media.
⮚Learning Support: Design multimedia content to enhance learning experiences, including graphics, posters, animations, e-learning modules, and presentations to support training programs and initiatives.
⮚ Collaboration: Partner with the Communications and Learning & Development teams to conceptualize and design visual materials that support communication and training goals.
⮚Multimedia Production: Develop multimedia elements such as animations, video assets, and interactive content to complement e-learning modules, instructional materials, and internal communications.
⮚ Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, ensuring that all deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of quality.
⮚ Content Editing: Edit and manipulate images, videos, and other multimedia elements to support communication and learning objectives.
⮚ Innovation: Bring creative, forward-thinking design solutions to enhance both communication and learning experiences by staying up-to-date on design trends, multimedia tools, and industry best practices.
⮚ Feedback & Revision: Collaborate with team members to incorporate feedback and refine designs in line with communication and training goals.
⮚ Asset Management: Organize and manage an accessible library of multimedia and design assets for future use.
⮚ May perform other job duties as directed by management.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in this role you must…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a focus on creating multimedia content for marketing, product, and HR teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), animation software (After Effects, etc.), and video editing tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency with data entry, MS Office, Canva, and other software/applications highly desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
