Successful Team Leader:

  • Teaches by example, setting a stellar standard for their team;

  • Monitors the work of agents and ensures a prompt feedback;

  • Successfully coordinates tasks and responsibilities to different stakeholders (team members, overheads, clients);

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum C1 level of German;

  • Minimum A2 level of English;

  • Excellent IT skills;

  • Knoweledge in MS office package;

  • Mandatory prior knowledge in this industry (minimum 2 years)

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;

  • Minimum studies: compulsory secondary education; 

  • Bachelor's degree, vocational and/or university training is an advantage, together with training related to the typology associated with the service assigned to the work post;

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as listening skills and ability to demonstrate tact and patience with callers;

  • Ability to analyse and solve complex issues that may require research and creative solutions, making sound decisions with limited supervision;

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment;

  • Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and display professional ethical conduct;

  • Demonstrate a process-improvement mind-set and self-driven approach with a can-do attitude toward both internal and external customers;

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to work in a team of peers;
