Join us as an English-Speaking Customer Service Representative!
In this role, you will:
  • Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone calls
  • Listen actively, empathize, and resolve inquiries efficiently
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed to ensure smooth resolution
  • Work in a structured, high-volume environment using multiple systems
  • Be part of a fast-paced, full-time 24/7 shift system (Monday–Sunday, 00–24h)
  • Enjoy a hybrid working model, working from home anywhere in Croatia after successfully completing an initial onboarding period held in our Osijek or Zagreb office
  • Be available to start on short notice, depending on business needs

To be successful in this role, the following is needed:
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1 or higher level);
  • Friendly, empathetic attitude with strong communication and active listening skills;
  • Ability to multitask while assisting guests and maintain professionalism at all times;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays;
  • Solid computer skills and quick adaptability to new tools and processes;
  • Positive mindset with eagerness to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
